Iivo Angerpuro is a serial entrepreneur, AI architect, and co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Viran. He specializes in agentic AI, government technology (GovTech), and intelligent solutions for international public procurement.
Experience
Iivo has built AI companies since before the mainstream adoption of generative AI. His first venture pioneered the use of large language models in Nordic education. He exited the company at 22 and subsequently founded an AI consultancy serving international clients.
At Viran, Iivo leads the development of agentic AI solutions for government procurement and public-sector sales. His work combines global procurement intelligence, advanced language models, and autonomous workflows to identify opportunities, analyze tender requirements, and streamline complex international bidding processes.
His expertise focuses on scalable AI architectures, intelligent automation, and transforming complex government contracting processes into efficient, technology-driven workflows.
