Viran presented its procurement tools at the Hankintojen kevätpäivä event organised by HUS Helsinki University Hospital on 22 May 2026. HUS is one of Finland's largest public buyers. Procurement director Timo Martelius opened the event and introduced the themes of the day.
During the session, we demonstrated how Viran reviews procurement documents for legal and procedural risks before publication. We also showed how suppliers can use Viran to identify relevant public tenders across different markets and prepare responses against the stated requirements and evaluation criteria.
The discussion gave us a valuable opportunity to present the product directly to procurement professionals and hear how public buyers approach document quality, compliance and supplier participation. We thank the HUS procurement unit for the invitation and the discussion.
