Viran has extended tender monitoring to the Asian Development Bank. ADB-financed contracts are now screened alongside national and EU procurement, matched against the supplier's capability profile, and returned with a go or no-go and the reasoning attached.
ADB scaled operations to $29.3 billion in 2025, its largest year to date. The Bank is owned by 69 members, 50 of them from the region, and the work it finances is delivered under contracts competed among suppliers from those member countries rather than awarded by the Bank itself.
That split is why these contracts get missed. The financing decision and the procurement sit in different places, and neither surfaces in the national portals a supplier watches day to day. Eligibility, documentation and bid formats follow the Bank's rules rather than national procurement law, so they are worth establishing before committing to a bid rather than during one.
Institutional sources are available as an extension to Viran Bid Team, for suppliers bidding outside their home market.
