Viran has extended tender monitoring to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). EBRD-financed opportunities are now screened alongside national and EU procurement, matched against the supplier's capability profile, and returned with a go or no-go and the reasoning attached.
EBRD procurement encompasses two distinct channels: direct corporate purchasing by the Bank and contracts awarded by client organisations implementing EBRD-financed projects. The majority of commercial opportunities arise from project clients—including municipal utilities, transport authorities, grid operators and ministries across Central and Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
Most public-sector project competitions are conducted through the EBRD Client e-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Under the EBRD's Procurement Policies and Rules, contracts are competed internationally among qualified suppliers rather than restricted to local vendors.
Viran connects project financing approvals with live procurement notices on ECEPP, helping suppliers navigate client qualification requirements, tender dossiers and submission timelines early.
Institutional sources are available as an extension to Viran Bid Team, for suppliers bidding outside their home market.
